Ardon Jashari was born on 30 July 2002 in Cham, Switzerland, to an Albanian family from the Polog region of North Macedonia. After his first steps at Baar and Zug he developed footballing-wise with Lucerne, turning professional in July 2020. He stayed with the club until June 2024, making a total of 102 first-team appearances (and 9 goals), as well as gaining his first taste of European competition with the 2023/24 Conference League.

In the summer of 2024 Club Brugge placed their trust in him, and his impact in Belgium was excellent: at the end of the 2024/25 season he was named the league's best player and contributed to the Blue-and-Black's Belgian Cup success, with a total of 4 goals in 52 appearances across all competitions. It was in the Champions League, however, that he really stood out: he faced Milan as an opponent in the league phase, making a strong impression, and shone especially in the Play-off against Atalanta (he was MVP of the second leg in Bergamo). In August 2025 he joined the Rossoneri, signing with AC Milan until 2030. He did not find much continuity in his first Italian season, mainly due to injury, ending with 17 total appearances. Notable is his journey with Switzerland: despite his young age he had already taken part in two World Cups (2022 and 2026) and one European Championship (2024).
